A Better Way to Brush
Holding a toothbrush is very difficult for a sick person and for those who have a rheumatoid arthritis that limits their hands strength.  Several years ago, there is someone suggested that try securing a tennis ball to your toothbrush handle.  Purchased a fresh can of balls, and cut two slits in one for inserting the toothbrush.  It worked perfectly!  When the ball gets wet, leave it on the sink to dry.  Just make sure to change the ball regularly.
Open Sesame!
There is another arthritis patient in his hands, and sometimes find it difficult to open a certain drawers and doors.  A great solution is that tying loops of ribbon on the handles, slipping them over your wrist and using the entire arm to pull them open.  The loops can merely utilitarian, or you can get creative and use decorative cording or braided yarn.  Even the refrigerator door opener fashioned from a leather shoestring.

Relieving the pain of RA

There are research on many kind of medicines especially for rheumatism.  Just like the other kind of medicine, this is used to reduce the signs and symptoms of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adults, may prevent further damage to your bones and joints, and may help your ability to perform daily activities.  This medicine can be used alone or with certain other medicines.
Serious infections have happened in patients receiving other medicines.  These infections include TB and infections caused by viruses, fungi, or bacteria that have spread throughout the body.  Some patients have died from these infections.
Relieving the pain is only one part of treating moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis.  It is just as important to help prevent the joint damage from getting worse.
